Refund & Cancellation Policy
Clear guidelines regarding package activations, cooling-off periods, and wallet transactions.
1. Package Activations
Once an earning package is activated, funds are immediately incorporated into the community liquidity pool and network commission allocations. Because daily returns begin generating immediately, activated packages are generally non-refundable once earnings have commenced.
2. Unactivated Deposits
If you deposited funds into your activation wallet (`act_fund`) but have NOT yet activated any membership package, you may request a refund back to your original source within 48 hours of deposit by contacting support with proof of transaction.
3. Erroneous / Duplicate Transactions
In the event of an accidental double deposit or banking transfer discrepancy, our finance desk will verify transaction reference numbers (UTR) and refund any confirmed excess payments within 3 to 5 business days.
