Reward Claim Logic — Ranks & Lifetime Awards
Rank & Rewards and Lifetime Awards follow the same claim logic. A reward is requested by the member and approved by the desk:
- Each reward can be claimed only once.
- Multiple different rewards can be claimed over time.
- Carry-forward: after a claim, that target is deducted from your total business volume and the remaining balance carries forward.
- Skip logic: the next claim must skip one tier above the last claimed tier.
- Same-month window: a claim that is not approved in the month it is raised expires and the target resets.
- Credit timing: the reward is credited 1 month after the claim is approved.
6. Terms & Conditions (Operational Logic)
- Deposits: INR / USDT accepted 24x7 — USDT converts at the fixed peg (1 USD = ₹100).
- Withdrawals: Minimum ₹1,000 per request, one request per day, accepted only between 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM IST; processing takes up to 72 hours and a request placed outside the window is processed on the next available day.
- Deductions: KYC-approved members 10% total (5% Platform Fee + 5% TDS) — non-KYC members 20% total, labeled NON-KYC CHARGES (10% Platform Fee + 10% TDS).
